This simple, but large 9m x 3.5m oak lean-to conservatory on this Grade II listed cottage in Sarratt, Hertfordshire, was designed to create a living space overlooking the elevated garden. Because the client was aware of the problems of glazing into green oak use of seasoned oak, he chose to use our seasoned oak frames but left the outside to weather an eventually go silver grey.
